「ウソ」から始まった僕の旅。出会う人は 皆、必死で、厳しくて、とても優しかった。
ひょんなことから東京へ一人旅に出ることになった高校生の和也は、初めての東京で財布を紛失し途方に暮れる。そんな彼は、自分に話し掛けてきてくれた女性やトラック運転手・柳下など見知らぬ人たちに助けてもらう。柳下のトラックに同乗して共に旅する途中、母親と別々に生活している少年と知り合った和也は、柳下に代わって少年を母親のところに送ろうとする。
