東京・原宿の「3ピース」と名付けた一戸建てに、前（香取慎吾）、太朗（松岡充）、拳（加藤浩次）という若者達が住んでいた。3人は、地元原宿中の歴代のボス（番長）という経歴を持ち、前がローンで買ったこの家に、太朗、拳の2人が転がり込んで「明るく、楽しく、ファンキーに！」をモットーに、楽しくやっていた。 そんな3人の理解者に、原宿でバーを開く日向憂（りょう）と、憂の兄で刑事の龍一（陣内孝則）、それに店員の花子（小西真奈美）がいた。花子を頼り田舎から「産休臨時教師になった」と、のぞみ（星野真里）が出てきた日、前、太朗、拳の前に「迎えに来ますから、それまで預かって下さい」という母親の手紙を持った小学生の明（須賀健太）が現れ、明を加えた4人の生活が始まった。 原宿の街を舞台に、大声で笑い、涙を流し合う、大人になりきれない3人の男たちと、ちょっと大人びたクールな子供のひと冬を描いた青春子育てグラフティの幕が開く。
