イラストレーターのいただきみねこ(志田未来)は、2年前から仕事の合間を縫って趣味の登山を楽しんでいる。そんなみねこにとっての一番の楽しみは、山を下りた後に食べる「下山メシ」。登山後の体に染み渡る居心地の良いお店とご飯は、普段は躊躇するハイカロリーな食事も罪悪感なく頼めるから不思議だ。みねこが今日登るのは、相模湖の南岸に位置し、山道に多数の奇岩があることで有名な【石老山】。姉御肌な店主が切り盛りし地元客から愛される【かどや食堂】で、【古づけ】をビールのおつまみに、【かつ丼】をお腹いっぱい平らげる。
