荒涼高校一年生の白浜兼一は真面目だけど少しひ弱な男の子。中学時代いじめられていた兼一は高校生活こそ充実させようと、空手部に所属していた。しかしあるときその空手部で、兼一のことを嫌う大門寺という力自慢の男から「試合をして負けた方が部を出て行く」という無茶な要求を突きつけられる。兼一が敵うわけがないと嘆いていると、転校してきたばかりの美少女・風林寺美羽が現れて・・・。兼一の波乱の日々が今、幕を開ける！
