主人公・花咲舞は、地位も権力もない、一銀行員。でも、上司に対しても間違っていることは「間違っている」と、はっきり言う性格。事件や不祥事を起こした支店に行き、解決に導く“臨店”という仕事に就いた舞は、「間違っている」と言えず苦しんでいる弱い立場の人たちのためなら、相手が誰であろうがおかまいなしに立ち向かっていく。あきらめないヒロインと、あきらめたオジサンの凸凹コンビが、事件をすっきり解決する痛快オフィスストーリー。舞とコンビを組むのは、出世コースから外れてしまったベテラン行員・相馬健。この、時にシリアスで時にコミカルな凸凹コンビが、銀行内で最大派閥を持つ執行役員・真藤毅と対立しながらも、様々な事件を解決していく。
